WiWi's new shoes

Let's see...the day before yesterday, my sis was driving back from her Japanese tuition quite late and was kinda "speedy" to get home. But some lamers left a brick in the middle of the road out of nowhere! And thinking that it was a cookie box, decided to just run over it instead of swerving ...until it was too late. The impact of running a car at 80km/h over a effing brick bent the front left rims. I think she came home quite worried that i was gonna murder her but it wasn't her fault so i just let it slide.

Yesterday, we woke up kinda early to go look for a tyre shop to see if they can still save the poor thing but was told that the rim had to be reworked. And i thought, might as well get a new set of rim. And so off we go!! Hugo told me that there was a shop in Batu Gajah that was doing promotions and that i should head on there to have a look. My Lord! i've never seen a tyre shop with so much rims on display!!! It was like a sports rim haven! But i'm sure all you city people have seen more but not this Ipoh boy! wahahaha!!

Well, the funny thing is..i wanted a rim with a deep offset but my sister just came in, took a quick look, pointed at one set of rim and said, "That one".

She turned and went back outside to sit in a corner and continue her hand phone game. Talk about being point of authority!!! Yeah, so i went ahead with her choice and after an hour or two, WiWi's got a new shoe!!!! hmm...Sue Ann's birthday but WiWi's got the present?? LOL!!

To be honest, i have been looking around for a new set of rims for quite sometime now and now that we got that off the list, i shall be looking for some nice suspension setups. Why? Cos i'm planning on how to mod WiWi into a lorry......any ideas, anyone??? LOL!!

Yatta!! New headphones!

Yay!! Today was the last day of PC Fair '09 in Ipoh! My sister and I went to get some stuffs. And guess what i got? No points for guessing tho! LOL!!!

The crowd was ok by standard cos we were there around 4pm. The dreaded time would be by 7pm till closing cos that is the time where the sellers go crazy by selling it REAL cheap! And we saw one selling surgical masks by the entrance! I bet they made a lot of money! I mean, they are selling Rm1/piece!

We got ourselves a car MP3 player thingy that you stick in your car ciggie lighter. We bought one sometime ago and it just burned our money away! It was already faulty by the time we parked the car in the parking lot! So, this time we decided to play save by asking which one is the best seller and why. When we asked the staffs, they only rolled their eyes and said that because it was cheap! LOL!!! So instinctively we bought the other one. More to pay but at least it was working!! Now we get to save a lot CDRs!!! LOL!!!

Next up, we got ourselves a new headset since the old one was already hitting its useful limit. Not to mention that Kazuki almost bit the cable into two! LOL!! Its a SonicGear HP600. Not exactly one would use for recording. I'd go for higher ends if i realyl wanted to use it for recording. After being pushed around and jammed inside the basketball court for like 30mins, i couldn't take it anymore. I told my sister to quickly get her stuff since i already knew which headphone i wanted to get. I was marinated in my own sweat!! urgh~~~

So, with this headphone, i hope to be able to stand longer hours when i'm doing some demos at home cos the old one would threathen to cram my ears into multi parts after like 2 hours! Next on my list, a condenser mic!!!! Well....if this headphone is to the job! Anyway, i just wanted to blog about something i i thought of this. LOL!!!!

Should i stay or should i go??

Dear bloggy (kinda like diary..only its a blog!!! LOL!!),

Recently i received 2 really unexpected calls from ex coworkers. And what a surprise it was! Both was also extending their help to get me work! ehheheheh~~talk about timing! But I'm considering real hard...On one hand, is money. The other, my project and my kid. Not to mention those guys at Crescendo Music. Arghh~~!!! Decisions, decisions, decisions and oh, have i mention decisions??!!!

Why so hard, i hear ya ask? Well, simply because its a KL job! I am not a real fan of KL's hustle and bustle kinda life. Yeah. I'm just a plain lazy couch bum in a comfort zone a home-type! LOL!! Oka-san says that if my heart is with the project then i should hold ground here and get a local job in the meanwhile. Well, at least i can still keep developing it! What you guys think? Other than that, nothing much interesting is happening. Its hard to think straight when one is listening to AnCafe! wahahaha~~Take care now!

Nyappy!!!! o(≧∀≦)o

Lately, I've been feeling pretty good and satisfied about myself. Everything that happens to me now seems to have a specific purpose. I've been hearing a lot of motivating encouragements from my night job's customers about our performances and to be honest, i think i improved quite a lot vocally. I feel like I'm more stable now. Not till that "safe point" yet but i think i can still handle quite well. Thanks to Gabz!! The basic techniques you taught me is really showing its effects! I think i am ready for Lesson Two!! Not forgetting also Crescendo Music crew members for tolerating me for so long! Thanks to you guys too!!! LOL!!! God is awesomeness~!*Nyappy!!

Speaking of which, i am listening to a lot of older Antic Cafe's stuffs (when Bou was still in the band). Its really strange. I just happened to receive a Youtube message from someone who wanted a video i uploaded to be sent to him/her and i happened to find that this someone is a fan (?) of Antic Cafe. Then i think i remembered seeing this name on the Oricon charts with Hikki- chan sometime back.

So i decided to check this band out. The first video i saw was Merrymaking and there was this "blond" acting all kawaii and stuff. But to my disbelief, the "blond" is a HE!!!!( Check out the videos below and tell me you didn't make the same mistake!) Damn all this Oshare Kei is confusing me!!! Oshare Kei is a sub of Visual Kei and unlike Visual, the songs are more fun songs. And mostly talks about friends and relationships. Also, they tend to crossdress as girls sometimes...well, most of the time! ROFL!!! I think of all Oshare Kei bands, Bou is best misunderstood for being a chick/tranny/gay. But no, i don't think he is. Not according to the Cafekkos anyway!

LOL!! Somehow, this band was able to capture my attention. I think its the music they play. Its not emo! Its not too heavy and technical. Just the way i would do it if i were in the band. LOL!!! Plus, its fun music! According to Teruki, the band leader, the characteristic of the band is Dance Rock..i think its a rock music that makes people wanna just dance! Just to clear the air, Oshare and Visual Kei is NOT EMO! Get the facts right, people!

But too bad, Bou had to leave the band due to some unknown reasons. I have to give a benefit of a doubt to the 2 new members of the band but i think Bou was the colour of the band. No offence to anyone but i think with Bou around, the band was more colourful. But i will be fair to the new AnCafe too....maybe not now. LOL~~

Sigh~~watching all these vids makes me wonder if i could be part of that Oshare/Visual Kei culture too.....

Clubhouse?

I was just thinking about hanging out with some friends when this thought hit me. Wouldn't it be cool if we have like a clubhouse to hang out? You know, rent a place and furnish it so we can just hang out there? That'll be so awesome!

My ideal would be a 1st floor club house. I'd carpet the whole place with some 12 seater sofas and some really colorful and big coffee tables, a TV and a Hifi, some private WiFi connectivity, a drink bar, a small kitchen and maybe a room for jamming sessions! All the important members will get a key to the club house! Yay!!! LOL!!! Even when we have friends coming from outstation wouldn't be worried about getting a place to crash!

Hahahaha...i will definately get this place someday! Its gonna be soo coool!!! LOL!! What do you guys think?? Leave me a comment!

Bass Sadness!

It has happened. Finally. I knew its gonna happen sooner or later. But i can't do anything about it. I will miss you. Looking at the space you used to occupy, it breaks me. I wish i treat you better when you were still mine. But i guess, we are just not meant to be. You deserve someone better. I hope you are happy when you're with him. I hope he can bring the best out of you. I'm sorry it had to be this way. I'm happy that you were once mine.
